Balaji is a Post Graduate in Management Studies from Symbiosis Institute if Management Studies, Pune with an Advanced Certification in Human Resources from IIM, Lucknow. A First generation entrepreneur started his own HR staffing firm in 2003 and successfully placed over 6500 potential candidates across, MNCs & Indian Organisations across Industry. Understanding the need to re engineer the Business Process of the Small & Medium Businesses which remains the backbone for the Indian Economy, Ventured into Strategy consulting which includes Analytics, Fiannce & Human Resources in 2011.
To bridge the gap between the Top & Middle management, Balaji conceptualised the role of Chief Belief Officer to enable Business Excellence through People Transformation.
Today over 125 SME & Large sized organisations have benefitted through the Transformation Training & Strategy Consulting.
Jackson has over 17 years of experience and has worked with varied leading organizations specializing in diversified Industries and taken up Leadership profiles in Operations, Transitions, MIS, PreSales & Solution Designing.
Prior to this, he worked with Karvy Analytics, a leading Analytics Firm heading various verticals. Jack is a graduate in Physics from Loyola College and uses the Science in Metrics. With this diverse experience, he would quantify efforts and make multi-perspective interpretation of data; with various algorithms and methodologies
             
             
             
       
Vishnu is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAI) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, ISACA USA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE, ACFE USA) with over 10 years of professional experience in Auditing, Internal Control, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. He has helped transform Clients’ Business through process reengineering and has led internal audit/ SOCs, revenue assurance and ERM implementation consulting.
Prior to this, Vishnu has had long stints in Big 4 Consulting practice and as Head of internal Audits for APAC and EMEA regions of Global ITES companies
